UK Customers

ODAS uses Royal Mail Signed For for domestic orders. We hope to have your orders with you in three to five working days.

European Customers

ODAS is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes or tariffs. These are the responsibility of the customer.

ODAS uses Royal Mail, International Tracked and Signed For, for European orders. We hope to have your items with you in three to seven working days.

U.S. Customers

ODAS is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs. These are the responsibility of the customer.

ODAS uses Royal Mail, International Tracked and Signed, for U.S. orders. We hope to have your items with you in three to seventeen working days. We do not offer fast-track delivery to the US because customer charges are higher.

World Zones 1, 2 and 3 (excluding the U.S.)

ODAS is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

ODAS is happy to offer refunds for all full-priced, online items. Due to us being a small business, we ask that you kindly email us at info@odasstore.com within 7 days of receiving the item to request a refund.  

Once we have approved the return, we would appreciate all items to be sent back within 7 days of approval. Please email info@odasstore.com with a tracking number or proof of shipment (e.g. a receipt) once the item(s) has been shipped.

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely. Once we have received the item back and it has been checked, we will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs. Please note all refunds are processed Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.

Please note vintage items may have minor flaws due to pre-loved wear. To discourage impulse buying, we ask that you check the item descriptions/measurements carefully before buying. If you have any questions regarding a vintage item, please email info@odasstore.com prior to purchase.

International / EU Returns:

Please ensure you clearly label all returns as RETURNED GOODS to avoid any duty / customs fees. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs and if you fail to label returns correctly, you will be liable for any associated charges. As above, once the return has been accepted, we ask that you kindly email info@odasstore.com with a tracking number or proof of shipment within 7 days of us approving the return.

All sales are final and non-refundable on discounted items.
